We have all heard, and many participated in, "take your child to work day". In the past few days the questions have been: 1) are there limits to when this is acceptable? 2) how far do you go with letting your child do your job?

An air traffic controller and his supervisor are under investigation because the controller allegedly allowed his children to speak with pilots on an air traffic control frequency. It has been said this incident threatened the Culture of Safety?
