Erin Brockovich on The Early Show

by Chris | June 11, 2009

This week on The Early Show, Erin Brockovich discussed contaminated water found in the town of Midland, Texas.  The substance in the water is: hexavalent chromium.  The same substance, also known as chromium-6, is what Brockovich found in the water in Hinkley, California.  Brockovich noted, "The only difference between here and Hinkley, is that I saw higher levels here than I saw in Hinkley."

Erin Brockovich is known for leading the Hinkley investigation, which Julia Roberts made famous with her portrayal of Erin in the film, Erin Brockovich.
